Project Description
Working closely with the client, Kem-Tec created renderings to help the client imagine his idea for a new tiki bar. This project is a remodel of a vacant restaurant and converting it into a tiki bar, which includes an enlarged outdoor seating area, an outdoor tiki bar area, a glass wall surrounding the seating area and various other landscape and building enhancements. Our client worked with the city and was easily able to get this approved construction with the help of our renderings.
