Multi-family Housing - Center Line Park Towers

Project Description

Kem-Tec oversaw the construction of the rehabilitation of Center Line Park Towers. This 13-story building had 300 units with commercial on the first floor. All 300 units were updated with new appliances, cabinets, and plumbing & lighting fixtures.

Additionally, the site monument sign was updated as well. This was a collaboration between the owner of the site & the City of Center Line.
