Multi-family Housing - Oakwood

Project Description

Kem-Tec was tasked to design proposed homes for assisted living for seniors utilizing shipping containers. We were able to provide 21, 2-bedroom units that are fully ADA compliant. The container homes are located at the rear of an existing site called Oakwood Senior Living and will have a pedestrian path connecting all the homes, that also provide outdoor common spaces for the residences. In addition, we were asked to create a sunroom attached to the existing Oakwood Senior Building.
