Multi-family Housing - Oakwood Cottage Homes

Project Description

Kem-Tec oversaw the construction of the rehabilitation of Genesis Villa. There are 13 buildings scattered throughout 5 city blocks. Each unit is 3 floors, with the first floor dedicated as a garage and basement. This is a multi-family project, so the community building was also updated to include an indoor activity area for the children of the tenants. This project was funded by Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
